Lowongan Kerja LPDB KUMKM 2013 –  LPDB-KUMKM is one of the leading financial institution in Indonesia that was focused in micro finance. LPDB-KUMKM operated under The Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia. The Institution was established in 2006 based by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Regulations Number 19.4/Per/M.KUKM/VIII/2006 and engaged to optimize the management of revolving funds for cooperatives and SMEs institution in Indonesia. LPDB-KUMKM domiciled in Jakarta and operates 9 divisions, namely Planning Division, Search and Evaluation Division, Risk Management Division, Budget Governance Division, Revolving Fund Administration Division, General Affairs Division, Public Relations and Legal Affair Division, Business I Division, Business II Division.

Requirements

• Minimal S1 majoring in Economics (Accounting / Management), Engineering (Industrial, Informatics / Computer),
• Business, Banking, MIPA (Statistics / Mathematics), Social and Economic (Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Fisheries).
• Preferred work experience of at least 5 (five) years in the relevant field at managerial level and has attended educational / training abroad.
• Understand the concept of Risk Management and Credit along with implementation and preferably certified BSMR (Risk Management Certification Agency).
• Understand the concept of good corporate governance and practices.
• Understanding MSME market base.
• Having a Senior Manager Certificate Program.
• Has leadership.
• Having the ability to make financial and business analysis.
• Having an understanding of Islamic finance and Micro Finance.
• Having the ability to make strategic marketing and product management of industrialfinancing MSME sector both real and savings and loans.
• Innovative and creative.
• Familiar to MS Windows applications.
• Fluent in English (oral / written).
• Minimum age 35 years and maximum 45 years (at time of application)

Requirements

• Minimal S1 in Information Technology / Information Systems.
• Preferred work experience of at least 5 (five) years in Information Technology / Information Systems at the managerial level and has attended educational / training abroad.
• Preferably have certificate CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Specialist).
• Preferably have certificate MCTS (Microsoft Certified Specialist Technologi).
• Preferably have PMP Certificate (Manaement Project Professional).
• Preferably have certificate CISSPC (Certified Information System Security ProfessionalCompTIA).
• Having the ability in the management of information technology, particularly with regard to understanding. Net programming, trouble shooting, networking, web design and programming, SQL, database server.
• Has leadership.
• Experience inWarehouse Management System IT.
• Innovative and creative.
• Fluent in English (oral / written).
• Minimum age 35 years and maximum 45 years (at time of application).
